Free Medical Camp in Pakpattan in collaboration with Hope Uplift Foundation
Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp on 4th Mar 2018 at BHU in Pir Ghani Distt., Pakpattan. The camp was organized in collaboration with Hope Uplift Foundation. In this medical camp, 440 patients were checked free of cost and they were given free medicines as prescribed by doctors. Out of these patients, around 60 people were given free blood sugar test facility.
In this medical camp, a few surgical cases were also identified and they were further pre-registered for surgery with Transparent Hands. Out of these surgical patients; 1 with uterus fibroid, 1 with Kidney Stones, 1 patient of abdominal cyst, 3 ENT patients, 1 patient of acute pancreatitis, 2 orthopedic patients and 1 goiter patient were registered for free of cost surgical treatment by Transparent Hands.
Transparent Hands team comprising of 8 members and 4 members from Hope Uplift Foundation managed this medical camp successfully. Team included 6 doctors, 2 pharmacist / dispenser, 1 phlebotomist, 1 supervisor and 2 patient registration persons. The camp has successfully created an impact in the lives of more than 400 patients of Pir Ghani, Pakpattan. We look forward to organizing many such camps to facilitate the poor and deserving patients of Pakistan with the help of kind Corporate Partners.
