In the patient coordinator dashboard, when filling in the medical info section and selecting the Patient Type (1) Surgical Procedure (2) Medical Procedure, show only the relevant information on the patient form based on their selection. Hide other information. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full.
