Alisha Imran 's Story

“I have been seeing my daughter screaming in pain, crying all night, rolling in discomfort. This sight of my daughter rips my heart into million pieces. Above all, my inability to afford her treatment makes it even worse for me” –Alisha’s father.

Alisha – 5years old was born with Anorectal malformation, recto vestibular fistula. She is facing the severe symptoms like constipation, discomfort and disorder in bowel movement. Many government hospitals have been consulted since then but none of them considered her case to be of a serious intensity and kept on delaying the surgery appointment.

“Government hospitals do not provide efficient healthcare services whereas, private ones demand huge sums of money. They charge for our miseries and fill their pockets” –her father added.

Her father works as a laborer and hardly earns 12,000 PKR a month. She has total 6 family members and they all live in a 2.5 Marla house.

Her father came to know about Transparent Hands and visited here. Alisha was examined thoroughly and the surgery was confirmed for scheduling. For her surgery, your donations are needed as soon as possible.
